Why is the amount in “pending activity” in online banking higher than the amount I signed for when using my debit card?

How do I close or delete a linked account?

You have the ability to choose or close your account under the manage button. Closing account will stop updating of balance and transaction. While deleting the account stop updating information and it completely removes all balance and transaction file records.

If I change my credential at my non –key bank financial institution, how do I make sure they are changed here so my balance is updated?

I will tell you how to change your credential. Click the “manage account” button within the linked account tile. the link gives you access to change your credentials.

Can I link more accounts later?

Yes, you can do that I am going to show you how to link more accounts. Simply select “+ link more account”

How do I know my linked non –KeyBank account credential will stay secure?

How many institutions do you support when it comes to linking a non- KeyBank account?

Electronic payment at last 2business days before the due date.

Check payment at least 4 business days before the due date.

Why can’t I see or edit my payee’s address and phone number?

You cannot see or edit the address and phone number for a payee, KeyBank has a link with that payee and keeps information updated to you.

Can I make multiple payments at once?

Yes, you can, sign in to online banking and within bill pay, then follow the prompts.

Can I edit or delete a pending payment or transfer in online banking?

Yes, in online banking upcoming activity is displayed on your account page .choose payment to edit or delete

How do I transfer funds between my key bank account?

Yes, you can, make the payment action button on the account detail page. payment from other financial institutions may take a few days to process.

How do I transfer funds to or from another bank?

You need to have an account first. You need to add an account. Once your account is added and confirmed. It can now be used for transfers.

  • Sign on to online banking, select your account. Then, click on the transfer icon. Select your account you want to use to transfer money. Enter the amount, accept the term and condition.
  • In mobile banking, you will need to select the transfer icon from the action button menu and make your transfer.

When will my fund be available?

When you make a deposit, you can be able to track its process online and mobile banking

  • Deposits made by 11 pm EST will be ready the next business day.

What should I do with my check after I deposit it?

Keep your check for 14 days after you have made a deposit then you can now destroy it.

Is there a limit on using mobile check deposits?

There is always a limit on how much you can deposit in 30 days. Moreover, if you exceed that limit you will wait for the next 30 days before you make another deposit.

Both checking and saving accounts have it limit is $7,500 and $10,000 respectively.
