Does your company use the Paychex eServices (Employee Self Services)? If yes, pay attention to this information. You can access the web portal at https://eservice.paychex.com.
Do you know what Paychex Eservice is all about? It is a way employers give their employees access and control over their payroll information. Through this, employees can get answers relating to their payroll problems. They can do this by logging in to their account. In their account, they can view their timesheets, paystubs, personal contact information, deductions, benefits etc. all these things are available for them to see any time they want.
Do you want to get registered? Employees can register for the first time to set up their employee’s HR/Payroll account. Once you set up your account, you will access those services. The services are available 24 hours every day and 7 days every week. With this, you can review your payroll /HR information and make other changes.
Eservice Paychex Login
Are you a first time user? If you want to set up your online account, follow these instructions:
Visit https://eservice.com.secure
- Enter your company ID (your company should have given you this. It is 8 digit number.
- Enter your username lower case.it begins with the first initial of your first name and your last name. Example: Joseph Bean can be written as jBean.
- Enter your initial password. The format should be the initial of your first and last names with 4 digits of your social security number (JB678).
- Click on the Secure Login Button. If everything is correct, your account will be registered. Then, you can have access to the Employees Self Service Site.
Do you wish to change your password? You can actually change it after logging in for the first time to something you can remember easily. You may also decide to leave it the way it is.
Make out time to review the information in your account. This will help you to familiarize yourself with every bit of information you have. Do you have any questions? You can speak with your HR department in your company.
Paychex Eservice Paystub
As you are logged in to your account, you can see your paycheck stub images online. Users can see the paystub images the same pay date. The pay date is usually 8am. Have you checked the History portion of your account? There is a list of pay dates. It shows when you have been paid throughout the year. If employees want to view any pay date, they can simply click on a date. It will show them a pdf copy of their paystub.
All your pay information for that particular pay date will be shown by the paystub. This will include the contact information, duration of work, pay rate, earnings, YTD hours and YTD earnings. It will also include taxes, deductions, PTO numbers, direct deposit info and many more.
When it is time to file tax for the year, employees can access their Eservice Paychex Login. They can use their Print Tax Form features to print out their W-2 or 1099-MISC forms. Have you lost your W-2? Don’t panic. Just log in again to your account and print another one. The information is always available for employees 24 hours daily.
