Union Plus Card Invitation Code- How to Apply
To apply for the card, you will be needing your invitation code. Invitation code is the code in the invitation mail you received from Capital One.
So, to apply for the CC, simply take this steps;

Tap on the button that says received a mail offer? And then key in the info it requires
If you did not receive an offer by Capital One, kindly tap on the Apply Now widget. Provide the following personal info
Your Legal First Name
Your MI
Legal Last Name
Correct Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
Your Social Security Number
Choose your Union
Answer the question “Are you a U.S. citizen?” with Yes or No
Other Application Methods
Apart from applying for the CC online, users can also apply by Mail or over the phone
Applying by mail
To apply for UPCC by mail, kindly utilize the paper application you received with your mailer. Fill in the form and send it back through mail.
Applying by mail will take about a week before you can access your application status.
Applying Over Phone
This is another simple application method. To apply over the phone, kindly call the customer service phone number. You will speak with an Agent, who will guide you on how to apply, over the phone.
Registering/Activating Your New Card
To activate your new card online first and foremost you need to enroll for online access. Here are the quick steps;
