The portal is the official site for submitting applications and information for patients, caregivers, dispensaries, 9, processors, and physicians.
Moreover, all applications are processed through this website. So, concerning patient license renewals, it will be processed no earlier than 30 days prior to the expiration date listed on your card.
After receiving your physician recommendation, make sure that the information in the form is correct. want
Patient Info: Full Name, DOB, Address, and select appropriate proof of identity.
Patient medical conditions: (it’s optional)
Physician info: The physician will complete all of the necessary fields in this section.
If there is an error, ask the physician to correct the form. Do not make changes to the recommendation yourself.
Register for an account
visit the OMMA Registration Portal Enter your information and select Patient/Caregiver. Make sure that your name, email, and phone are accurate on the registration screen before selecting REGISTER.
After registering, you will receive a verification email. Tap on the link in this email to verify your account.
Sign In to Get Started – Omma Login
Sign in with the credentials. Then, select “Create New Application” from the menu. For new patients, select “New Patient Application”.
Pay With A Credit Card
After completing or reviewing all 7 sections in the NEW PATIENT APPLICATION. After submission, it will redirect you to the payment collection portal. Submit your payment.
So, after submitting your application, upon approval, the OMMA will review and issue your card by mail. However, the current typical wait time is around 14 days.
Omma Application Login
For Returning Applicants, here are the instructions for editing an application:
Once you submit your application, you will not be able to edit your application until you receive an email requesting additional information. So, do not create a new application.
Then, after receiving the email, login to your account.
On the left navigation bar, tap on “Open Applications.”
Choose the appropriate application category (i.e. Patient, Business, etc.)
Your application will be listed as “rejected.”
Move to the “Action” button and tap on “Edit.”
Then you can resubmit your application. You will not receive another submission email until the OMMA reviews the application.
