After you have taken part in and have completed the online survey, you will have the opportunity of being a part of their sweepstakes. Before you participate, there are some requirements you are expected to meet. It includes:

If you want to enter this survey and share your feedback, you must have a recent purchase receipt from the store. You will also need an internet connection in order to take part in this survey. To get started:

- On the three black boxes displayed on the screen, you are to enter the survey code. You can find the survey code on your receipt.
- Then click on the “Start” button to start the online survey.
- You will have to answer the survey questions according to your recent experience.
